Sandra Izsa is the owner of Foundations Yoga and holds credentials as an E-RYT 500, Certified Yoga Therapist, YACEP, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, and Certified Crystal Practitioner. She also has over 25 years of experience as a licensed speech and language pathologist, bringing a deep understanding of how movement, breath, and mindful practices support overall well-being. Sandy specializes in meeting people where they are, helping them build a strong foundation for a sustainable and lasting practice. She believes yoga should be accessible to everyone and has the power to support individuals in finding balance, strength, and a deeper connection to themselves. Inclusivity and accessibility are at the core of her approach, ensuring that each person’s unique needs and experiences are honored. She holds additional certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yoga for the Special Child (Basic 1), ChildLight Yoga and Mindfulness for Children, and ChildLight Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens and Tweens. Jeannie Greene C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP Jeannie completed her 200-hour teacher training at Foundations Yoga and Therapy and her 500-hour teacher training at the Integral Yoga Institute. She is an IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist and a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, trained in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Meditation. She holds additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Raja Yoga, Stress Management, Restorative Yoga, and Adaptive Yoga. Her approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Jeannie is passionate about sharing yoga’s therapeutic benefits with others, helping each individual unlock their potential for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Her dedication to exploration fuels her desire to create accessible, inclusive spaces where individuals can deepen their practice, connect with their inner selves, and cultivate lasting balance in their lives.

Christine is a dedicated lifelong student of yoga, holding RYT 500 certification from the Yoga Alliance. She completed her training at Be Well IHS in Morristown, NJ. She has trained extensively in the Anusara and Kripalu styles of yoga, with additional certifications in Yin and Restorative Yoga. Known for her welcoming and playful teaching style, Christine creates an inviting space for all bodies to explore movement and breath.
Beyond yoga, Christine is a trained aromatherapist, a black belt in Isshinryu Karate, a former beekeeper, a passionate locavore, and an avid reader. She brings curiosity and joy to both her practice and her teaching, encouraging students to connect with themselves in a supportive and lighthearted way.

Julie is a RYT 500 in affiliation with Yoga Alliance, with additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Children's Yoga. Additionally, she has studied Open FocusⓇ meditation and attention techniques for reducing stress-related symptoms and enhancing well-being. Julie is a freelance graphic designer and marketer. Prior to her career in wellness, Julie served as an award-winning Creative Director at advertising agencies serving Fortune 100 clients. Her most rewarding professional project was working with life coach Martha Beck, the University of Michigan and Eli Lilly Corporation to promote a nationally recognized medicine-free symptom management program for patients with Fibromyalgia. Julie loves spending time with her family outdoors, reading and drawing. Julie’s cheerful approach to attaining physical and mental resilience welcomes new and experienced yogis alike. Erin is an RYT 200 instructor in affiliation with Yoga Alliance, a licensed occupational therapist and Certified Reiki Master Teacher. Erin has been teaching yoga locally since 2016 after completing her yoga teacher training in Bangor, Maine. She believes in the principles of slow strength to cultivate mental fortitude both on and off the mat. Erin is a licensed occupational therapist in pursuit of her doctorate through Boston University. She has worked in a variety of settings from acute care, orthopedics, subacute care and currently works in pediatrics. Yoga and its varied methods and philosophies are incorporated into her work as an occupational therapist across all settings. As an instructor, she designs her classes to be attainable for a wide variety of people with the inclusion of varied options and modifications. Erin places a strong emphasis on grounding in posture to help promote proper alignment for a safe and sustainable practice.

Katelyn Loss is an RYT 200 instructor in affiliation with Yoga Alliance. She received her certification through Slippery Rock University in 2020 and has been teaching ever since. As an instructor, Katelyn aims to provide an open and safe environment to allow students to practice at whatever level feels appropriate that day. She is committed to encouraging students to take the time to check in and connect with their mind and body through focusing on the alignment, breath, and kinesthetics of each movement. Katelyn hopes to bring a sense of positivity and excitement to each session and to help encourage students to love and appreciate their bodies. One of her favorite things to do in a yoga session is to guide the class through a meditation while in Savasana. When not on the mat, you can find Katelyn making new coffee creations, performing onstage, thrifting, teaching theater classes, or binging the newest series on Netflix.

Ashley is a dedicated New Jersey-based sound practitioner and Certified Reiki Master Teacher, passionate about helping others reconnect with their inner selves, release stress, and restore energetic balance. She completed her Level I & II sound healing training at the Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School, where she deepened her understanding of the powerful effects of sound on the body and mind. Her Reiki journey began at Foundations Yoga, where she completed her trainings and embraced the path of energy healing. Ashley is committed to holding a compassionate and nurturing space for others on their self-healing journeys, supporting them every step of the way.

Tisha Giangiordano E-RYT 500, YACEP, Certified Yoga Tune Up® instructor, Certified NASM Personal Trainer, Functional Range Conditioning® Mobility Specialist. After several years in the financial industry, Tisha found yoga as a means of finding calm and relieving stress in her challenging work life. When she realized that through yoga, she could strengthen her body and calm her mind, she found herself increasingly drawn to her practice and became inspired to share this practice with others. She carries additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Fertility Yoga, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, The Roll Model Method and Z-Health brain-based coaching to improve mobility, strength and the experience of pain. Tisha’s passion is to help individuals live better in their bodies and minds.

Dana Punzo RYT 200; licensed Sacred Livelihood Teacher in Nia (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) Technique. She has received Nia white and blue belts which represent basic and advanced levels of teaching skills. Dana carries additional certifications in Nia free dance and Ageless Grace. She has been interested in movement and dance her whole life. Dana creates a comfortable environment for creative expression in her classes. She is presently pursuing additional Nia Technique training and is excited to continue to share everything she learns!

Laurie is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, trained at Foundations Yoga and Therapy, and a certified Yoga Instructor through the School of Royal Yoga, specializing in Hatha Yoga. She holds additional certifications with YogaFit International, including Levels 1-3, Anatomy Alignment, and Pre-natal Yoga, along with expertise in the Chakra System and Subtle Body Energy. Laurie is an ordained minister with the Order of the Melchizedek, dedicated to teaching and healing. As a licensed NJ Realtor, she enjoys helping buyers find their dream homes and guiding sellers through transitions. Laurie is passionate about supporting others in healing and personal growth and is devoted to assisting people tap into their individual innate strengths.
